If you EVER have a family member looking for coverage. You damn sure better keep it moving when it comes to this office. Called the office after receiving some concerning information from my relative. Little did this office know I have been and insurance underwriter for over 15 years. Just trying to get some clarity (Shelley in the Brandon office of Tom Miller's Agency. Is truly rude and so unprofessional . You better not ask her a question this woman will cut you out with her tongue not allowing you to get a word in edge wise. This office IE... Shelly will round true game promising the world know damn will it can be completed anybody in the BRANDON, TAMPA, Plant city area keep your cars going straight down HWY 60 do not stop at this UNPROFESSIONAL environment. If this agent really wanted to seek signing of contacts you need to revamp your office quick....DO NOT seek coverage from this office drive a little further to bloomingdale or Lumsden... seeking some agents with some form of office/phone manners"
