State Farm Takes Way too Long
Don't go with State Farm insurance, you'll be really sorry if you do. State Farm delivers horrible service and that's that! About two years ago I had a Ford Escort that was demolished by another driver - absolutely wrecked! The accident wasn't my fault but State Farm sure made me feel like it was . . . the other driver had State Farm insurance and I processed my claim . . .instead of totaling out the car, they decided they were going to pay to have it fixed. Three months down the road and my car still wasn't repaired. All I wanted was the whole thing to be over with - I got so fed up with calling the company that I thought I was going to lose my mind. Always the same response - 'We're still in the process of handling your claim and we're sorry for the inconvenience!' No, I was sorry for every having to deal with State Farm in the first place!! If you have to deal with them I wish you the best of luck."
