Facebook | State Farm Insurance: "Shannon M. Heaney After 20 years as a loyal customer, State Farm has decided they don't want to live up to their obligations when my house was struck by lightning. It's easy to be a good neighbor when you are collecting the $, isn't it. Looks like my only choice is going to be getting a new insurance carrier. My agent has been no help and corporate has been less helpful. O guess they don't want my business (or my parents' or brothers' or anyone else who can hear me)"
