Like I said , I've been with State Farm since 1991 , and never filed a claim . (NEVER) I was 2 months pass my deadline . My roof was declared totaled . All I want is for my roof to be fixed . I've always paid my bills . After 19yrs. Lets just say 20yrs. I don't really think I'm asking for much . Anyways back to what happened . the guy came over at 9:30am . Wrote me a check . I went to the Heber office asked a question or two . Then I had to travel 35 miles to Batesville to have my morage people sigh my check so I could buy the schingles . Told my roofer it was all set up and ready to go . Ace Hardware delivered my schingles . I spent the whole day trying to get this all taken care of . Then I get a call at 2:00pm my adjuster called told me he made a mistake . He said he didn't realize I made a claim back in 2008 . I told him it was the same claim I'm making now . I tried to explain to him what happened . It was not my idea to use the storm that came through in May 2009. (part 2)
