State Farm will not pay for accident
A driver who has State Farm Auto Insurance hit me. The police report states that the other driver was 100% at fault. My insurance company contacted State farm and they said they would not pay for damages because their client says it was not her fault (even though they came over into my lane of traffic). Now I have to get my car fixed with my money and then insurance company will pursue State Farm for repayment and to get my deductible back. But now it will go to a mediator and at that point State Farm can do a counter claim for damages to their clients car. So I guess State Farm can do what every they want, maybe I should have State Farm and in the future if I am at fault I will just say 'it wasn't my fault.' State Farm wont pay for it and I'll be able to get away with it, GREAT WAY TO DO BUSINESS STATE FARM"
