Couple sues insurer over fixes after fire - NashuaTelegraph.com: "MERRIMACK – A Merrimack couple, burned out of their home in an October fire, has sued its insurance provider, alleging that the company has failed to honor their claims and make the repairs necessary to return the family to its house.
Michael and Karen Gagnon, formerly of 52 Naticook Road, filed suit against State Farm Insurance earlier this month in Hillsborough Superior Court, charging the company with fraud, breach of contract and negligence, among other alleged infractions."
