As a 20 year claim professional, I can honestly say that this company has become a horrible employer. It speaks volumes that there are several claim reps that are being riffed, but many don't seem to care. They continually change their procedures to the point where nobody knows what to do. And I pity any customer who deals with the inexperienced reps in Murfreesboro. My advice if you are interested in claims is to take a job with a smaller company that possibly has a company car benefit. State Farm sucks as an employer and as an insurance company in general."
