IN MY OPINION, STATE FARM SUCKS - State Farm Insurance Bloomington, 61701: "State Farm Poor Quality of Service
State Farm blatantly lied about issuing a refund check to my husband and did not resolve the issue even after I reported it to the CEO Edward B. Rust Jr. home phone.
The complaint was forwarded to Shelley Cave who forwarded the complaint to a Mr. Ruff and he indicated the check was mailed on April 22nd...today is May 4th and still no refund check issued.
They all lied and so now I am going to report this negligence and abusive authority to the BBB (Better Business Burea) and channel 9 Eyewitness News Don Griffin.
