STATE FARM SUCKS EMPLOYEE FORUM: " We have been told by adjusters every excuse and more than you can think of.
One of my favorites was, "I do not know how to accomplish proper installation of construction items, but we are not paying for It." this was just after they stated certain items do not get touched during the construction and then us proving they do. We asked pointed questions, just to receive a comment “we are glad to have fulfilled your loss in full" So we repeat the questions over and over to only get no answer from the adjusters and/or supervisors, all while their eyes never looking at you and never answering the questions. So we put it in writing and record all conversations. Adrian Cooksey and Mike Michalec are just a few that lied to their insured’s about phone calls also… They all do. Adrian even paid in full on several claims properly in the past, but for some reason now she does not want to. We only assume her job was threatened?"
