STATE FARM SUCKS EMPLOYEE FORUM: "My Agent frequently calls his loyal customers names, he has called some of them crackheads, degenerates, idiots, liars, and crazy. That is only the tip of the iceberg with the name calling. But this is the same person who hugs and kisses the customers when they come in and act like he's their best friend. Needless to say, I am looking for another job!
