Got screwed because state farm agents daughter hit us."
My wife, sister-in-law and mother-in-law just got done going to court with State Farm. They were hit by a girl three years ago and since then have been screwed around by state farm. Mainly because the girl who hit them is agents daughter. Her daddy made sure that the claim was not to go through. My wife even had an agent tell her, 'you guys are pretty much screwed, you wont be getting a penny from us.' Sure enough they did all they could to screw us. My wife and her family ended up going to court. The state farm lawyer brought up the most person things in my wife life and even brought out medical records(some of which was her grandma's and not hers'). The girl who hit them admitted full fault but, "I said I was sorry" and then started crying.
The fact is the only thing that would of happened to the girl if she lost was her insurance would go up and State Farm would of had to pay for the cost. Sadly the jury found in the girls favor and award us a very small amount which won't even cover court cost. So now because of this girl and the wickedness of statefarm we will most likely have to declare bankrupt because there's no way we can cover all the medical cost that State Farm has just screwed us with.
