State Farm - Insurance Reviews Page 6 of 12: "jerks!
I was rear ended in 2006 while sitting at a red light. I had been with state farm since 1999, which is when i began driving at age 16. I never got tickets, always paid on time, and was never involved in any other accidents. When I called my agents office to tell them that I had been rear ended the response I got was, 'What do you think we should do about it?' I was livid! The only thing I wanted them to do was procure a rental car for me. I understand that the at fault driver's insurance should be responsible for this but I was having trouble obtaining a rental from the other company and needed state farm's help. My agent's office refused to help me at all. This agency proved itself to be the worst neighbor. They weren't there for me, not to mention the office was extremely rude and uncaring. After I settled everything MYSELF I dropped state farm like a bad habit. When I canceled my policy they were rude and didn't even ask why I was canceling. The a-hole just glared at me from behind his desk, furiously typed a bit, then said, 'It's done!' Damn straight it's done!! If you live in Berkeley County, WV do not go to John Midkiff's office for insurance. JERKS!!!"
