Be prepared for them to snoop in your stuff
After 15 years of coverage, with no claims, auto or home, we got a letter they were doing a drive by of our house. We didn't think much about it. WE got a letter they were dropping us later because we had a ladder in our above ground pool and 'personal property left out' Most of our home is obscured by a very tall privacy fence and woods on both sides and the back. The 'ladder' in question is not even visible unless someone got behind our privacy fence and removed the pool cover, as it only goes from the bottom of the above ground pool just to the top, where it is attached to the bottom of the deck. The pool cover completely covers it."
