I was hit the day after Christmas and filed the claim. The person that hit me claimed there was no damage to either vehicle and that there were no witnesses when there were five. There was $9000 worth of damage to my car. It took a month of fighting whit them just to get the estimate, then they said they would send me the forms for injury claims. Almost two months later they have finally agreed to fix my car, but still haven't doen anything regarding injury. I would never use them for insurance and know that if I ever get hit again by someone with Statefarm, I will go through my insurance company and have them go after statefarm for the money."
