My family has always used Statefarm. They canceled us after three accidents in a row (2 not at fault) then three years later suddenly began calling begging us to return. We did. When my youngest son began driving I added him to the policy along with his car at that time I told my agent I want full coverage on this car since he is a new driver. We discussed deductibles, came to an agreement and I left that conversation thinking it was taken care of. A full week ago my son slid off the road in the rain and wrecked the car. On the day of the accident they told us we did NOT have full coverage. Three days later they said they would rewrite the policy raise the ded. and cover it. Seven days later they said it would NOT be covered. So here I am..waiting for the next call and hoping for good news. I will be changing insurance companies, This has been a nightmare all the way around"
