Facebook | State Farm Insurance: "Joan Van Damme ANdy I agree with you 100% I have an agent that I have been dealing with the last two days that is a total idiot! I make payments to his office and he does not turn them in for a week to two week later then I get notices every month stating they will take me off a monthly plan. I switched agents today. This is the 3rd state farm agent I have had. Whatever happen to great customer service. he hung up on me today because I called him a liar. He said I have left numerous voicemails and I seiad do you want me to show you my cell phone bills. He hung up pisseed. I have turned all of it into corporate and have wrote a email to the President Edward Rust. This person should not be working for State Farm whatsoever. yesterday someone in customer service said I am sensing you have a attitude. At that point I went off and really had a friggin attitude. So I am really considering changing companies altogether. I have told all my relatives and a couple of them have the same agent and are changing. Good luck!
