HAMMEL V. STATE FARM: 3 ZUNIGA DECLARATIONS: "f. Mrs. Stolair's State Farm auto policy provided that
State Farm was to pay $10,000.00 of medical payments
regardless of fault. In the summer of 1994, having
paid less than the $10,000.00 provided for in the
policy, State Farm commenced denying payment of
doctors' bills submitted to it. by Linda Stoliar's
healthcare providers. No reason was given for
these denials."
