State Farm Claims Adjuster in Longview, TX:  (Past Employee - 2006)

Pros
Salary & benefits, good relationships between adjusters in the field.
Cons
Dilbert-like corporate culture, marginalizing of employees, dishonest management, ivory tower mentality of upper management., no loyalty to employees, constant changes for the sake of change, no honest feedback allowed from the employees who deliver your 'good neighbor service.'
Advice to Senior Management
Get out in the field and see what your employees do every day. You can't manage from your corporate office because you have no idea how your constant changes effect the way the people in the field can do their jobs.
