State Farm SUCKS! | ZCAR.COM: "So, some of you might remember my thread about getting backed into in Walmart parking lot. Long story short, I was already out in the lane ready to take off when the other guy nailed my quarter panel with his back bumper. Sadly, only witness is the security cams, and Walmart won't release the camera footage without a court order. My insurance agent talked to someone at Walmart who is in charge of the videos and explained the situation. He found the accident on tape and said it clearly shows the other driver was at fault. Well, State Farm (the other driver's company) are ruling the accident 50/50 without even seeing my car or the video. They said they were going to send someone out to look at the damage on my car but no one ever showed up. If they did, they didn't bother knocking on my door or calling. They claim they have pics but I really think they are lying and never sent anyone out to take pictures."
