State Farm Sucks - State Farm Group - Auto - Epinions.com: "In short, my spouse, I and family have been w/ state farm auto for years. I personally have been insured by them for over 20 years. In 12/00 a car hit me at an intersection, in Seattle the police would not make a report, my word against the person who ran the stop sign. State farm called it 'no fault' meaning they paid, I paid, for my damages, despite the reprots I gave them from witnesses and the auto shop that fixed my car. In 1/02 I was the third car in a 6 car accident the first car was an uninsured drunk driver who was arrested on the spot. State Farm, my insurance, paid for my damages and one other cars damaage and extensive medical becuase the state farm agent deemed that I was following to close although I was not ticketed. On 1/02 during a blizzard I hit a tree and my car was 'totaled' although I drove away from the accidnet and had no injuries. After 20 years of coverage and never missing a payment as payments are taken directly from my account, after being given a good drivers discount in 1999, I was canceled with 6 weeks notice and no one from the company would talk to me. I am in legal action now and feel that is why the canceled me."
