State Farm Sucks! I have had with constant increases horrible customer service
I just received a bill for an increase monthly payment on 2 of my cars (not the third, not sure why) for over 20years I have overpaid homeowners insurance, auto insurance, boaters insurance and umbrella insurance, time for a CHANGE. I recently increased my deductibles-not having any claims-smart thing to do right? and what does State Farm do? They increase the premiums yet again. My agent sucks big time, 3 autos and she insures my son on the most EXPENSIVE auto. When I call back to discuss she won't even call me back, she gets one of her cronies to follow up. Finally got that reduced by half, and State Farm increases the rate yet once again. State Farm You are NOT a Good Neighbor, far from it. I am glad that I do not have claims, I always thought that you would take care of me -you know peace of mind- not piece of wallet too-can' t imagine you even taking care of me and my family, after all these years. Poor Service and you keep raising rates not sure how you keep your customers. Good Riddance State Farm."
