State Farm Insurance Complaints - Insurance canceled by employee: "We were selling my husbands truck so I called Ken at state farm in November/December and said to suspend and cancel insurance on the xterra and keep it only on the Altima.He CANCELED and SUSPENDED BOTH.I have auto withdrawel from my account as I do everything else so I assumed everything was o.k and did not realize until I called today inquiring about my renewal notice and I.D card that was never mailed that he said he requested auto payment to be stopped months ago and that I am not insured..my plate is up for renewal and I can tdo that til you re-instate insurace that WRONGFULLY CANCELED BUY YOUR EMPLOYEE!"
