have been trying for over a month now to get my car reinspected for hidden damage from an accident that happened a year ago. Have called State Farm 8 or 9 times to coordinate with them on getting it to the shop for inspection. Each time I call, I get a different story on how to do this. First I need to make an appt, then no, they sent someone out to inspect it when I already told them the car wasn't there yet! Then they tell me they will call me in a few days to schedule an appt, never heard from them. I called a week later to find out what the deal was, they tell me they will again call me in a few days to set up an appt, still don't hear anything so I call them back, now it's up to me to schedule the appt and they will send someone out in a few days to look at it at the shop. Unreal, don't know how they stay in business with this kind of service, glad they are not my insurance company! Would give 0 stars if I could...
