I am in receipt of your requests dated 13 Sept 2010. In order to process your request, I must receive your request, in writing, by certified letter before 1 Oct 2010. Your statement must be witnessed by two non-relatives, & notarized.
I will also require a copy of your driver's license. You also will be required to give an oral interview by phone. You must provide a copy of all phone records, Home, Mobile, & Business. You must provide copies of all bank statements, personal & business.
An Examination Under Oath will be required. During this "EUO" you will be asked intimately personal questions about all aspects of your life, including medical history, & marital issues.
We will give you misleading information both before and after the EUO, so that the conversations will be held "off the record".
When you contact me, sometimes I will speak with you, but when pressed for guidance or answers, I will suddenly "remember" that you are represented, & refuse to answer your questions. However, inversely, when I wish to call you & ask questions, I will again conveniently "forget" that you are represented, & I will call & speak with you, & make recordings of the phone call.
When you fire your lawyer, I will refuse to speak with you... unless it's convenient, & to my advantage to do so.
You will also be required to jump through many other unnecessary hoops in the hope that you will be intimidated, confused, fatigued, exhausted, or deterred from pursuing your initial request.
After you submit several crates of paperwork, I will "pretend" to "lose" them, & request the material all over again. I will conveniently "lose" whatever paperwork that I see fit, & as supportive to my position, & detrimental you your interests. Anything I view as "sensitive" or dispositive, I will deem "priveleged", & withhold.
By the way, do not contact me again, in any form, including but not limited to phone, letter, email, or in person. You may only contact my attorney. Cease & Desist, if you will.
You must accomplish all these things, although I will make it impossible for you to do so.
I will act on your request a year and a half from now, but I will not bother to even notify you of my actions. I will act in my own best interest, & ignore what is your best interest.
When you complain, I will lie my way out of it, & blame you. I will fight you tooth & nail, regardless of fault. I am powerful & arrogant, & will never admit fault or apologize. I will crush you like a bug, and scrape my shoe on the curb to rid myself of you. Paul, you are just another number.
