Is this just another bad faith claim practice? This video was taken the 2nd time in one week that the dam broke and flooded 3 properties. Note the retaining wall that was ripped out of the ground, which allowed the water to flow in a straight path to break down a door. So, if you were the juror, what do you think? I think that after watching this video (which State Farm couldn't be bothered to obtain and view; nor did the attorney) you could provide a more objective decision."
