This State Farm Agent Alan Klafeta took our money for 10 years.We had full coverage, home , auto, etc and when the heavy rains came and the house flooded, he said 'sorry but you have no Flood Rider', we were never told or offered coverage for flooding. We dropped them immediately !State Farm Sucks, Do not toss your money away to them.Ans. Resident of Downers Grove, IL.
