When we bought our house in Corolla, they neglected to submit the paperwork and left our house without insurance. When I called them on it they were like 'Oh it's no big deal, things fall thru the cracks all the time' N i C e !
I've heard about certain State Farm agents holding the first months payment, pocketing it & then a month later your policy is in effect."
