I have been with State Farm since I was 16 years old. I am 41 years old now. In 25 years I have had ONE claim. You figure in 25 years State Farm has collected a LOT of money from me.
I was in my first accident in 3/2007 and the place that fixed it did a bad job. I didn't realize this until about 2 years later and 3000 dollars worth of front end parts. My mechanic I have now was the person who found the problem. My mechanic informed my that the shop did NOT replace the engine support from the first accident and since it was still damaged, the front end components are not aligning thus causing all the front end problems. I had claim rep come to my mechanics garage and my mechanic will explain the problem I was having. The claim rep NEVER talked with my mechanic but looked at my car and told me I needed to open another claim because there was another accident. I KNOW I didn't have another accident so I ask the Rep why I needed to open a new claim. The Rep told me it would just be a 'loss' claim. Whatever that means."
