Facebook | State Farm Insurance: "Jokera S McNeil 'Liked' this page just so I could leave vent about how awful of an experience I have had with State Farm Insurance. 'Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there'...HA! That motto is a JOKE! To make a long story short my family and I are now suffering and paying for issues that have arisen from State Farm basically writing a policy that they shouldn't have knowing all information up front. (money hungry!) I get into an accident and they refused to pay any medical portions of the accident and then send a notice of cancellation. It's not the customers fault that State Farm had a bad year last year. And now still trying to keep my busines at State Farm I sought another agent (Gary Frantz) in Virginia and his cutomer service ethic is the WORST!! So State Farm, keep your insurance because like a two-faced friend, you WEREN'T there!"
