Facebook | State Farm Insurance: "Danielle Sewell I have NEVER been MORE disappointed or angry with a company in my life. I was involved in a hit and run and SHOULD have been covered. I had to keep on my agent for MONTHS trying to get anything done. Nothing was covered on my car (despite having hit and run and uninsured motorist coverage) and my medical bill from torn neck muscles from the whiplash took 2 years to be paid up. No matter how many times we sent the form to our agent, called our agent, etc, they apparently didn't feel the need to pay it.
Then, when my husband and I were stationed away from the house we own, I rented my home out.
We asked our state farm agent if everything was covered or if we needed to upgrade coverage and they said it was fine, everything was covered. Our renters destroyed my home. It cost us thousands of dollars to fix, not to mention severely lowered the value of the house in a down market. My property which was in storage in my basement wasn't covered either."
