Facebook | State Farm Insurance: "Dianne McCracken My car was hit by a deer on July 26, 2010. It has been three weeks and still nothing has been resolved. Took two weeks to get any communication going through State Farm--car is totaled. Bad information from State Farm as to what should have been on the title. Fibs, Lies, and misleading information are what I have got through this whole process. State Farm has my car, my title, and my money. After 24 years and having 10 policies with them at one time, I get poor customer service and abuse? I believe the CEO needs to go undercover in his own agency and figure out what is really going on in this gigantic business. I am from a small town and I thought having the same agent for the 24 years would be of assistance--no assistance; fighting the battle on my own. Hope to have it resolved this week and will be seriously considering taking the nine policies I have with them to someone who appreciates my business and my money.
