Facebook | State Farm Insurance: "Shannon Vasko I think it's sad that I have to resort to airing my concerns out here, but my emails are not being answered, my agent does not return my calls and my requests for a national customer service number have gone unanswered.

I am so done with you guys. There is no email, as promised in a previous post. The phone number in my profile is correct, so no, you never did try and reach me like you stated in a previous post. I want my policy cancelled and a refund issued effective immediately. I really wanted to think I just had a bad agent, but since I'm getting nowhere with corporate customer service, I'm giving up.

Cancel my policy. Refund my money. Say good-bye to a long time customer."
