Our house flooded 4Days and they adjusters havent came yet!Carpet still wet and sour.They want 2 just clean it,not get new!Have they heard of MOLD!We have 2 SMALL KIDS!Tired of staying in a hotel which they said need 2 b authoriz 1st.I guess we supposed 2 stay in a flooded house wit kids until they tell us leave!We been paying them 4, 15yrs ova 1000a month and cant get them 2 pay! Cheap!Just Lost a Loyal Customer!"
