My whole family went with state farm for YEARS. When our agent told us my house was covered when my husband and I were stationed over seas, then refused to cover us when most of my property was destroyed, we tried to 'go up the chain of command' as we say in the military. That got us no where but more angry.
If, as a company, you say you're going to do something and don't, you're not running a very good company.
Thanks for supporting your troops, State Farm.
We've all since switched and I wouldn't recommend state farm to anyone."
